All players must have all forms submitted and approved before beginning tryouts:

1. In DragonFly Max upload or fill out Dekalb Emergency Card, Dekalb athletic participaton form, cardiac arrrest form, concussion form, heat and humidity policy, health history, medical eligibility, and physical form. Use code 3U7TQB if new to DragonFly.

2. In Final Forms (accessible via infinite campus for students) upload GHSA physical form. Parents, set up an account. Students, use your s# email and click "never logged in"

PREPAY for the player package by Jan. 31st to get the discounted rate of $45 (cost increases to $60 on Feb. 1)!  

*if you prepay and your player ends up not making the team, you will get a full refund

There will be a mandatory parent meeting for at least one parent for each player on Monday, Feb. 3rd at 6pm in the multipurpose room (near the auditorium).
